Templeton "Face" Peck is the vice president of Section III: A-Team. Face is also his section's Representative, and serves in the UPC House of Reps. Because of this, he holds Class C Security.

Face is the 2nd in Command of the A-Team, and was formerly a Lieutenant in the US Army, under the command of former Colonel John "Hannibal" Smith. Though he and the rest of the A-Team were falsely accused of a crime and were formerly wanted, they were declared innocent after the formation of the UPC.
